Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

HR Generalist

Poznań,Poland

HR Generalists are the first point-of-contact for our stakeholders’ questions related to HR processes, such as HR system, Benefits, Employee Life Cycle etc. You would be also responsible for guiding others through HR related queries and issues, helping them with transactions and educating them on the system specifics.

Your responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system and ensure data integrity.
  • Takes initiative to maintain documentation and current knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, creates process maps where applicable.
  • Assist with HR reporting and process analysis.
  • Provide guidance and support in a timely and professional manner to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Key User for Core HR Systems

Our requirements:

  • Min. bachelor’s degree
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Communicative knowledge of German or French language will be a strong asset
  • Have up to 1 year of experience in HR/HR Services, Customer Service or Administration
  • Have analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in managing front-end relationship with business partners
  • Be capable to work independently and as a team member
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of SAP HCM, HRIS, SuccessFactors/Workday, HRSD
  • Experience in project/process management
  • Experience in processes migration
