Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Apprentice – IT Department

Poznań, Poland

Major Purpose

This job is to be used for salaried positions outside of the US/Canada. Positions mapped to this job are used for special apprentice programs for salaried employees (e.g. the Bachelor of Arts program in German units, which takes 3 years). The employees typically start the program right after high school. They get a contract with the company that covers the whole apprentice program period. The participants of this program require a position in SAP in order to be on the company's payroll. Employment stops at the end of the contract.

Major Duties

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge

Your responsibilities:

Support for the IT department
Replacement of old equipment, preparation of devices for new employees
Taking care of peripheral devices
Uploading software
Hardware inventory
Support for the onboarding and handing out of computer equipment to new employees
Handling vulnerability reports

Our requirements:

You are a student - preferred majors: IT or related studies
You know English well
You have additional knowledge of networks, Wi-Fi operation
You are not afraid of working independently, but at the same time you can cooperate with others
