Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
IT Customer Support Apprentice with German
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the IT Request Centre team with day-to-day tasks.
- Interest in data analysis and a proactive attitude toward learning — ideal for those with a knack for working with numbers and patterns, even without formal training.
- Support in handling requests for computer hardware as well as software.
Our requirements:
- You possess advanced German language skills.
- You are responsible and not afraid of challenges.
- Technical knowledge in the broad field of IT is an advantage.
- Your "can do" and "want to learn" attitude is all you need - we will teach you the rest!
