Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Sales Training Coordinator (substitution agreement)

Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales- and aftermarket training between internal and external trainers and students using a learning management system.
• Manage sales- and aftermarket training delivery in several markets in Europe.
• Respond to queries from trainers and students regarding sales- and aftermarket training.
• Collaborate closely with the events team regarding large-scale events across Europe.

Our requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Proactive communication capabilities.
• Fluency in English (B2+ level).
• Time management and team collaboration skills.
• Collaborative spirit.
• Solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in French or German.
• Experience in event planning/coordination.
