Main Responsibilites

  • Identify Global Opportunities to standardize & optimize User Experience leveraging Global sourcing strategy
  • Design exceptional User Experience using effective combination of innovative technologies and Global sourcing strategy
  • Drive consistent results using effective Metrics Based Management of Global Vendor Operations and managing internal and external resources to deliver outstanding Global operations
  • Review and Report on Key Operational Metrics with Key Stakeholders and ensure effective & timely escalation process is used in case of SLA non-compliance
  • Eliminate reoccurrence of systemic issues in Digital Workspace Experience solutions using data driven approach to make high quality decisions to improve overall quality
  • Identify & Deliver projects working with Global suppliers and Deere team members
  • Participate in Major Incident Response & VIP Issues globally to ensure efficient & effective restoration of services even in ambiguous situations
  • Ensure Global supplier and all other hardware, software & services contracts are effectively & efficiently managed keeping Deere in compliance
  • Develop, report and manage leading risks for Digital Workspace Experience solutions that can impact operations using data driven approach

What Skills You Need

  • 7+ years extensive technical knowledge and background across a wide breadth of IT systems and technologies
  • 3+ years of experience in leading delivery of Global Scale IT solutions
  • 3+  years of experience in managing large projects/programs
  • Proven experience in leveraging Data & Insights to identify & implement systemic improvements
  • Proven experience providing constructive performance feedback, managing organizational budget, people and processes
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation 
  • Building effective & meaningful relationships across different stakeholders to gain trust and understand business needs

  • Experience in deploying & Maintaining Digital Workspace Experience Solutions
  • Fundamental understanding of AI/ML and working experience with GenAI 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline
    OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience (10+ years applied engineering experience)
